Basically, use Excavations as an easy way to get Faction Coins at the start of a run, and just excavate everything when you're ready to reincarnate. With the extra trophies added to the game you are currently very safe and should be boosting your production with excavations as soon as ...I know resetting Excavations is a bad thing, but when I reach a certain level, reincarnating for reset will be detrimental. I need 40 artifacts to unlock a research and I need another artifact, unfortunately the artifacts require you NOT to reincarnate or even abidcate, well except the Drow Flame Artifact for unlocking slots HOWEVER I very much I want to try and get that one.

Just hit R125. I've got my R124 save archived and have pretty much everything available including Gift of Gods. It looks like excavating the mask fragments is going to be problematic. Is it practical to get them all in R125 or should I expect to need several resurrections to acquire them all? Are there particular fragments or masks to go for first? When i was at R:0 ive done 610 excavations and that earned me 4 rubies, From what i readed on the web when you reincarnate you are loosing your excavation progress. Ive reincarnated and started R:1 when i started dwarves bonuses that was applying to excavation was 0% (no excavation made so far) next i went and get 50 excavations done (to a point of the first ruby) but i havent gotten it.Just hit R125. I know resetting Excavations is a bad thing, Elven luck faction coin gain is just a small time saver, Elf's production will still be the same. Which part, R0 is long. I like goblins run 1, then elves to 250kish then demons.
