Honeywell thermostat no signal
Good evening, We have a Honeywell TH5320R remote thermostat and we are getting "no signal" at the thermostat. We have followed the manual and validated the door to the heater is shut and there are no circuit breakers off. There are some additional instructions on the equipment interface module that read: 1. Power; then connect. 2.1-Week Programmable Thermostat Support; 5-2 Day Programmable Thermostat Support; Single-stage Programmable Thermostat Support; Pro 2000 Horizontal Programmable Thermostat Support; T6 Pro Smart Thermostat Support; T5/T5+ Smart Thermostat SupportHoneywell 1st Stage Heat Pump With Auxiliary/ Emergency Heat (7 wire) This is also known as a 7 wire honeywell thermostat wiring. A first stage heat pump system will have 1 compressor hence only 1 Y wire. This is the wire that controls the first stage compressor relay. In addition to the OB/ wire and R wires, you will have an Aux/E wire.
