I have been thinking on the Lectrons for thier ease in jetting for altitude. Like I have said, I can go from 5000 ft to 11,000 feet in the same ride within an hours time here in Wyoming. This is a major pain in the a$$ on the stock carbs so I have been looking ... well like many people i did waste my money a while ago on a boost bottle. so i have both im just wondering if it is absolutely necessary to have either or, i got something to fit over my bigger carbs but adding in the hole for the tube or bottle is gonna be a pain so im wondering if you can get away without running one
These are dual carb Banshee kits. They include a 2-to-1 cable that is made to integrate with a thumb throttle. If your OEM throttle does not open the carburetor all the way, you will need to upgrade to a Billet thumb throttle (we stock Terry Cable throttles).
