For e.g. I filed I-130 for my parents, one of them is in active review and other isn't. USCIS agent on chat said they both are progressing fine and no flags or RFE.It means they are actively reviewing - working on the application. This is a good thing. On Monday, the portal updated and showed both as “case is being actively reviewed” with mondays date, not Friday for I-485. On Tuesday morning (4 and 5 am) I got two separate emails saying “We have taken an action on your case” but the portal doesn’t show any updates on either, nor case history changes, as of today (Thursday).
