Eleonora's Poleblade shouldn't be your only weapon. There are a lot of enemies and bosses who are immune to bleeding/resistant to fire or are too mobile for you to proc bleeding. Regalia of Eochaid is a fantastic back up option since it doesn't proc bleed nor deals fire damage AND scales primarily with Arcane. The best twin blade at the moment in my opinion. I've been mainly focusing on arcane and dex, plus enough strength to use morgwhyn sacred spear. I've heard you're pretty much supposed to spam the weapon art when using it.
