Dsl Packet Loss And Att Wont Fix it. i get packetloss all the time on my dsl connection and i can never use it the way i want. anytime 2 devices are connected i get packet loss thru the roof. there techs have told me its they lines but the customer service just tells me im lying. im paying 130 bucks a month for youtube videos .i'd say about 10 am est to 10 pm est, the internet doesn't work for anyone. I recently moved into a new house (new build) which was serviced by ATT fiber so my service was moved over without any hiccups. Until I attempted to use it in the evening hours. The first ping test, we have no loss of packets. The second ping test, we have 100% loss of packets. So the problem is in the second ping test. According to the screen shot, it looks like the packets need to be fragmented or broken down into smaller bits and bytes of data. That what is causing the packet loss.
