I'm usually not bothered by longer wait times because I know it's often not up to the dasher, but they haven't answered any of my texts or communicated at all to begin with.Most restaurants do NOT update the DD tablet with their current queue time. Typically, it is set for 7 minutes. DD will send out an offer for that delivery so that the dasher can arrive when the order is nearly ready. Order confirmed by merchant at 6:01. 5 minutes later the order was sent and confirmed to dasher. Dasher arrived at merchant 10 minutes later. Food took another 10 minutes to pickup. So merchant took 25 minutes to make 10 wings? Wtf.
