Seems like a Visual Studio bug that randomly detaches event-handlers when you open the window in the designer. The work around is to close the window the same way you opened it. Right-click the timer panel. Do not click the [x]. The plugin has to be manually updated by the developer, and that usually takes a couple days. ACT breaks every time theres a game update. just wait for it to get updated. It always takes 2-3 days before the patches come in and it all stabilizes. ACT is working and the rainbow mage overlay was working, but the overlay only showed "no data found." If I minimized ffxiv ACT had parsing there in the window. ACT tends to have issues after a major patch update. I know they had issues a few patches ago. Havent tested it out with the new patch, myself.
