After proccing set bonus and building stacks, pestilence was ticking for over a million, it was awesome, good single target damage. I prefer maxed out Negotiators Dilemma build for multiple target damge though.

Pestilence is quite fun but I die after a few shots and as you know dying just once is frustrating in heroic since you start all over again. Tank builds worked but I don’t like running with the shield.
Golan Gear Anarchist Cookbook backpack, Vile mask. Use the Pestilence, and some sort of skills that do status effects like blinder or foam. You'll constantly have hollow point ammo, and the three ticks (bleed, vile and pestilence) do huge damage. It's a really fun build. Yes, but I'd take Obliterate 100x out of 100 over GC to not have to deal with the extra incoming damage. You need to land 50 shots to get max Pestilence tics, so being out of cover for that long with GC put you at too much risk. With my build, if I swap out the chest piece and use perfect glass cannon, I can get the damage ticks to just under 1.4M.These builds come just in time for the new month and are the most recent builds to date, with the most updated stats and weapons that the community has gotten their hands on. I have 2 pestilence builds I use to play solo First one is 4 pc Negotiators Dilemma, chest holster knees and mask, petrov gloves and momento backpack I’ll tag a 5 adds and then hard focus 1 to build stacks while significantly damaging others, then my pestilence stack will jump around finishing the rest. All red cores + CHC/CHD 4 blue, 2 red cores. Crit chance mods help the Pestilence hit a little harder (doesn't affect plague ticks but does affect the initial bullets) With this build I have great survivability, deal out decent damage over time, ward off robots/drones and help teammates be less squishy.
