I run the Wakanda/Pym Tech side and I just use Pym Tech for most of the non-boss nodes. Around the last regular node I'll lose either Antman or Wasp and replace with Killmonger. Ultron can work well in War with the following team. Xmen-tron (replacing Phoenix, as you mentioned). PowerArmor-tron (replace iron man with ultron). Aim tron (Scientist Supreme, Gravitron, Aim Assaulter, Aim Security, Ultron). All very effective teams that can have success against Emmarauders in War.
