Paraversal hauls (black boxes) pull from the world loot pool. Not 100% if you can get 30th Anniversary weapons directly, but the hauls can drop lots of Treasure keys that can be used on the chest. As far as old seasonal weapons and armor sets, there is a rotation of sets each week.
