The pizza was really good. I'm a big fan of NY Style pizza and this hands in the top of my list around here. There's a slightly different taste and it might be the cheese, but it's great and sets apart the pizza. Could be cooked longer for that better undercarriage and crust. 8.2 on the Pizza Review scale. 8.7 if cooked a bit longer.
