However, the tests are less accurate in predicting how far along you are, then giving a positive or negative result. you cant get a false reading, as the test picks up on the pregnancy hormone in your body, but you can get a negative which is really positive, its just there aren't enough hormones when you test. you have had 3 positives so you are pregnant, I wouldn't keep testing, and if you drank a lot as its early days you probably don't have high hormone ……

Yes the combination of your long cycle and the Clear Blue indication weeks since ovulation means you are probably medically 6 weeks pregnant even if you only ovulated 3 weeks ago.So had absolutely no idea when I ovulated. Did clearblue and it said 1-2 but then the next day it went straight up to 3-4. It wasn't until I had an early scan to determine that I'm now 7+1 weeks. So you can definitely be sure it's positive but the gestation is slightly less reliable. Congrats.
