I beat elvarg at lvl 42, with 35 str, 35 def, 35 att. What I wore was full addy w/ scimmy plus a amulet of power. I didnt have a str potion or telly runes, because i think that a full inventory of lobsters are key to beating elvarg. I also had prayer on: steel skin, ultimate strength and improved reflexes.
