Duramax acceleration problems
LML Doesn't want to downshift on acceleration. New to me 2015 LML. Feel stock power level wise but if you mat it it doesn't usually downshift it just slowly accelerates. Coming from an 08 lmm and if you mat it it will downshift and the rpms jump to 2500-3k and it goes. This new LML won't do that, it hasn't been an issue really but today …Shudder under acceleration over 45mph. I’m getting a shudder/stutter when accelerating above 45mph. When I give it throttle above 45mph and it down shifts and puts the RPMs at 2,000, the shudder/stutter starts until 2,500 RPMs and then goes away. No issues under 45mph, during steady state driving, and it happen less when in tow haul mode.
