So I wanted to go back to sentinel and be supportive. I dont have mask of quiet one but I do have crest of alpha lupi. Is it at least decent?

It needs a rework, the healing pulse is only 50 hp from what I last remember. In its current state is it definitely not going to be used compared to synthos or skull fort which adds more reliable healing.
