Aug 10, 2022 · Voice mail is set up. I am trying to use VISUAL Voice mail. After launching the VISUAL Voice mail app from the keypad it tells me to Enter a new Voicemail password (7-15 digits). After I do that I get a message that says Either non-existent mailbox, or incorrect password. Then a prompt to Edit Password. Android’s visual voicemail worked fine on my Pixel 2 and 3 for years. You may have had an issue with your account. When I switched to Pixel 2 from iPhone years ago, support had to reset and reactivate the ability on my line.
