Both are great, and both can be had for about $500 if you include used p226 and p229s. You can also grab a sp2022 (also great) for about $400.Both are fine pistols. The P320 is wider and heavier. That helps the P320 shoot better in my opinion but it is harder to conceal. Not hard to conceal but harder than my P365. I have a Hellcat Pro which is about the same size as the P365 XL.
