Not all Rock-Ola receivers are stamped M14. A very small number were stamped PRM -1. I was informed this stood for PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF MARYLAND. Not being stamped M14 made them legal in Maryland as well as New Jersey. The receivers were forged by BULA Forge.
