They claim you get 100/100 for $40 a month and an extra $20 for whole-house coverage! 49.0 Mbps down and 54.2 Mbps up. Ziply won't classify our outage as an outage. Some neighborhoods in our area (Richland and West Richland, WA) have not had internet since about 6am PST. After getting ahold of Ziply, they told us there isn't an outage and had us do a couple tests… even after we informed them everyone we talked to in our area is experiencing the same issue.I had Ziply Fiber gigabit internet for the promotional price of $60/month for a year, and when that expired and went up to $80/month, I had them move my service tier down to 200/200 for $60/month.
