Jul 19, 2022 · It does stack but it starts reduced since overcharge starts at 75% now. It will ramp up quickly and the bonus is that Call of Brine will let you know with a noise notification if someone beat the overcharge skill check. You start at doing worse than base regression (why.) and then ramp up to do Call of Brine's regression level only after 30 seconds. In making it so it's not as effective with Call of Brine, they'd made it so Overcharge is only going to be run in tandem with it, because its pointless to run it otherwise ….

400% regression is the same speed as 1 survivor repairing a gen. It's not that fast. Yes but Ruin is automatic and doesn't require any action from the killer's part. It also forces survivors to cleanse the totem.
