It’s different per store now..... outside of walmarts key dates every store gets to submit 3 of their own days per quarter. Ours is Feb 2 (Super Bowl Sunday) and March 21/22, April 10/11. But the 2 other stores near us have Feb 1 instead of Feb 2 and 1 or 2 other dates based on events in the areaKey dates mean double points. Black out dates mean they won’t grant extended vacations due to increased business flow. You can take a couple days off at a time, but they won’t grant vacations that last a week. Could be your market extended the black out dates this year, but my market said week before thanksgiving to end of December.
