The moab rockets they shoot do a decent amount for a fairly low investment. 2-0-0 village is definitely the best tower in the game (minus farms in non-chimps) and because of that and tons of other upgrades (4-0-0, 0-2-0, 0-3-0, 0-0-2) village should have gotten #1.
